The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of program activities, ensuring that they align with the business's strategic objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of how various operational areas integrate and contribute to the overall function, as well as the ability to manage program risks and ensure that all stakeholders are engaged and informed. The Senior Program Manager will also be involved in short-term and long-term planning, and resource allocation, and may have full management responsibility for a team, including performance evaluation and personnel decisions. Applicants for this role at The Company should have 6-10 years of experience in program management, operations, risk and control, audit, or data, with a strong background in operational functions. The position demands developed communication and diplomacy skills, the ability to influence and negotiate with both internal and external parties, and a basic commercial awareness. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and additional qualifications such as CAPM, PMP, PgMP, MBA, and relevant licensing/registration are a plus.
