Applicants for the Regulatory Execution Senior Lead position should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in the financial industry and risk management function. The role demands a candidate who is client-focused and can operate as a partner to senior business stakeholders. Experience in audit, data governance, or project management transformation is essential, as is a technical and analytical skill set to assess policies, plans, and ensure quality deliverables. The candidate will be expected to lead the implementation and adoption of the data governance policy for the risk division globally, track compliance, and develop strong relationships with various risk functions to drive communication and process improvement.
