The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for the division in alignment with the university's mission and values and will oversee all institutional advancement activities. This role requires a proven track record in advancement work, including the ability to cultivate deep engagement and secure significant support from alumni, partners, and friends. The Vice President will also be tasked with leading the planning and execution of the university's next comprehensive capital campaign and must have strong decision-making and management skills to inspire the advancement team and ensure the delivery of results. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a BA/BS degree (advanced degree preferred) and 5-10 years of relevant experience in a senior management role, preferably in higher education. The role demands a high-energy individual with a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
