Department Details: 5C is a 31 bed med-surg unit with a concentration in general surgery, urology, gynecology and bariatric surgery. Patient Ratio: 1:6. Schedule Information Floating Requirements: Yes. Additional Details Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RN’s to work at their facilities (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW). The last day for IN RNs to start a NEW contract is 9/9 (allows them to finish a contract by 11/30). Periop/OR RN’s, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule.
