Works directly with the Product Manager/Software Architect to provide UX design options to fit the end user accessibility needs. Handles style guides, wireframes the design, and informational architecture working with Product Manager to use their analytical research and feedback from user experience to create a user-friendly UI. Assists Software Engineers with dev work once wireframe and style guides are complete. Duties & Responsibilities Essential Functions Work with Product Manager and Software Architect to coordinate business requirements with design options and resources available Focuses on end user accessibility needs Creates and maintains style guides Wireframes project designs Provides informational architecture to the Product Manager to collaborate on user feedback to create the best user experience for the product Pushes out front-end work, components, and tasks, as assigned, while providing input to better the UI Additional Functions Resolve escalated issue related to style guides, wireframes, and informational architecture Provide training, support, and assistance to Software Engineers Any additional requirements as assigned by management Requirements This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule. Up to three days per week may be worked remotely in accordance with the telecommuting policy. Education & Experience Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Proficiency in Wireframing experience; Storyboard, UX design tool, or Adobe creative cloud XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, website design Microsoft Office Suite; Jira; Azure; Analytic tool Basys provides technology and payment integration solutions for businesses across the country and Canada.
