Corporate M&A Associate

We are working with a prominent national firm ranked inside the AmLaw Top 100. Their Corporate M&A is seeking skilled and motivated associates to join their Miami office. Qualified candidates should have: 2 years of business and transactional experience, including M&A, joint venture and/or other complex commercial transactions. Experience in Latin America corporate work is a plus; High level of academic achievement; Law firm experience; Superb writing, drafting and communication experience; Candidates must possess a JD; Fluent or business proficient in Spanish; and Florida Bar admission required. In the role, you will focus on drafting and negotiating transactional documents and be given the opportunity to work directly with clients.
