Commercial Litigation Associate

We are currently working with an esteemed AmLaw Top 100 ranked client and their Los Angeles office has an immediate opening for an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate. The candidate should have experience with all phases of complex commercial litigation including, but not limited to, experience conducting preliminary investigations and responding to discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, participating in mediation, drafting dispositive motions in state and federal court and extensive communication with clients. Real estate litigation and trial experience are preferred but not required. Three to five years of suitable experience preferred. Candidates will require a J.D and an active California bar license. My client’s Commercial Litigation team achieves their clients’ business objectives using the litigation process. They represent clients in a wide range of corporate and business disputes, providing creative, passionate, and skilled advocacy in and out of the courtroom. The expected base salary range for this position is $225,000 to $255,000.
