Litigation Associate

An AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a litigation associate with 3-4 years of experience handling commercial and business disputes to join its Los Angeles office. This role offers the opportunity to work with a supportive and entrepreneurial team in a collegial environment. Key Responsibilities Draft pleadings, briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery. Handle depositions, oral arguments, and trial/arbitration preparation. Manage cases and collaborate with team members to develop strategies. Demonstrate strong oral advocacy, communication, and writing skills with a keen attention to detail. Qualifications Experience: 3-4 years handling commercial and business disputes. Skills: Excellent case management, communication, and writing skills. Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude. Education: High level of academic achievement. Bar Admission: Active California Bar membership. Compensation The anticipated base salary range for this role is $225,000 to $250,000, with actual salary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
