Labor and Employment Associate

A top 100 AM Law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join their Labor and Employment team in our Los Angeles office. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with a strong background in employment law to advance their career in a dynamic and supportive environment. Qualifications: Minimum of five years of law firm experience in labor and employment law (Class of 2019 or earlier). Proven deposition experience and the ability to manage cases independently. Skilled in negotiating with opposing counsel, arguing motions in court, and delivering results. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills are essential. Big law firm experience is a plus. Trial and employment litigation experience is strongly preferred. Class action experience is preferred. Active California Bar membership is required. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in complex labor and employment matters, including litigation. Handle depositions, prepare legal documents, and advocate for clients in court.
