Role Overview: The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR operations to ensure they attract, retain, and develop top talent. This role is key to maintaining their culture of innovation, inclusion, and compliance with HR best practices. The HR Manager will lead initiatives in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations, supporting their diverse and high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Lead full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract diverse, high-quality candidates. Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new employees are effectively integrated into the company culture and their roles. Employee Relations and Culture Building: Foster an inclusive and positive work environment, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, handling concerns and resolving conflicts. Develop and implement employee engagement activities that encourage team collaboration and boost morale. Performance Management and Development: Oversee performance appraisal processes, advising managers and employees on goal-setting and evaluations. Identify training and development needs, coordinating relevant programs to promote skill development and professional growth. Drive career development initiatives to help retain top talent and encourage internal advancement. Policy Development and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all HR policies and practices according to federal, state, and local regulations. Develop and implement policies that support the company’s mission and evolving workforce needs. Lead workplace safety initiatives, promoting a compliant and secure environment. Compensation and Benefits Administration: Oversee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and leave policies, ensuring they remain competitive and comprehensive. Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking to attract and retain high-quality talent. HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key HR metrics (e.g., retention, engagement, diversity) to guide improvements. Prepare regular reports for senior leadership, providing insights into workforce trends and recommending solutions for ongoing enhancement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred. 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and policy compliance. Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach. Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with HR software and systems.
