Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence to clients and counsel. Conduct thorough legal research and fact-checking to assist in case preparation. Facilitate the meeting of attorney’s deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders. Obtain, review, organize, and analyze medical records. Coordinate and manage all aspects of the discovery process. Serve as a liaison between the attorneys, clients, healthcare providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Paralegal, specifically within plaintiff personal injury law. Paralegal certification or a degree in paralegal studies from an accredited university is required. Proficiency in utilizing legal databases and software. Proficient in drafting legal documents, legal correspondence, and reports. Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to meet deadlines.
