Digital Program Leader – Global Supply Chain Dynamic program leader for digital planning platform, and transformation. Position Summary Collaborates closely with the global process owners, technology, operations, and business stakeholders to implement digital solutions that enhance efficiency, visibility, and agility across our supply chain. Responsibilities: S olution Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate a clear vision for digital planning solutions for Global Supply Chain. Align the solution roadmap with overall business goals, ensuring that technology investments drive value and competitive advantage. Requirements Gathering and Prioritization: Collaborate with global process owners, business stakeholders, supply chain experts, and technology teams to understand pain points, challenges, and opportunities. Elicit and document requirements for digital planning tools, considering scalability, compliance, and user experience. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, feasibility, and resource availability. Product Development: Serve as the voice of the customer, translating business needs into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Solution Design and User Experience: Collaborate across organizations to ensure user-friendly planning applications. Validate design concepts with end-users and iterate based on feedback. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with supply chain leaders and executives to gather feedback and align priorities. Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders. Champion the adoption of digital tools and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Performance Measurement and Optimization: Works with global process owners and key stakeholders to align key performance indicators (KPIs) with digital planning solutions. Monitor solution performance, analyze data, and identify areas for optimization. Drive continuous improvement through iterative enhancements. Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience (5 years) in supply chain Strong understanding of supply chain processes, planning and supply chain technology. Preferred: Operations research experience Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools. ​Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate across functions, and a passion for driving innovation. Data and analytics experience. Project management experience.
