Lets change the world. In this vital role you will shape the future of the ATMOS organization as part of theStrategy & Performanceteam. This individual will play a key role in the execution of critical ATMOS processes and projects, most notably theEnterprise Tech and Data Governance (ETDG)forum. The position is essential in driving the success of strategic initiatives by managing effective communications, fostering stakeholder engagement, managing projects, and facilitating change management efforts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive, with a strong focus on continuous improvement across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain communication strategies to ensure alignment and transparency across ETDG and other key initiatives. Regularly update content on the SharePoint site, FAQs, and other communication channels to keep stakeholders informed. Partner with stakeholders across the organization to clarify objectives, align on agenda topics, and ensure content readiness for ETDG meetings and related initiatives. Manage special projects related to ETDG and broader ATMOS initiatives by coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure successful project execution through diligent planning and execution of tasks Employ effective change management best practices to ensure that changes are effectively implemented from awareness through to stakeholder enablement and adoption. Oversee the ongoing operations of Enterprise Technology and Data Governance from agenda preparation and planning and meeting logistics to meeting minutes and action items. Leverage digital tools (e.g. Smartsheet or similar platforms) to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and enhance the overall meeting experience by automating tasks and maintaining accurate documentation of activities and deliverables. Implement feedback mechanisms and identify areas for process improvement within ETDG operations and ATMOS projects, driving continuous improvement What we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. Basic Qualifications: Masters degree OR Bachelors degree and 2 years of business performance experience Or Associates degree and 6 years of business performance experience Or High school diploma / GED and 8 years of business performance experience Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in running meetings, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of digital literacy with a variety of tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Miro, MS Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Tableau, Power BI) with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools Experience in SharePoint site management is a plus. Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
