Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Account Manager at Unisan Direct in Randolph, MA. The Account Manager will be responsible to partner with your assigned BDM to manage and grow your territory effectively. You will work to find, grow, and manage accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis. Job Duties and Responsibilities · Collaborate with your BDM daily through a daily focus session. · Make 50 Outbound calls a day to try and schedule appointments, · Data entry into our CRM, including Accounts, Contacts, · Prepare all necacerry quotes for your respective territory · Personalized emails to prospects to generate leads/appointments/revenue Qualifications Inside Sales, Account Management, and Customer Service skills Comfortable making outbound dials daily, not scared of rejection. Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Building abilities Experience in maintaining customer relationships and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment
