Dynamic and engaging personality Goal-orientated, ambitious mindset Ability to lead a fun, productive, aspirational environment Supervisory experience (2 years required) Outbound Telesales experience required Pharmaceutical Sales experience a plus Leadership and coaching/development skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Attention to detail and Multi tasks priorities with strong follow-through Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma or equivalent What you’ll do: Manage a team of professional Inside Sales Representatives, through implementing sales growth initiatives Through leading, coaching, and developing team members, you will concentrate on achievement of sales quotas, and objectives.
