Business Development Manager - Skincare - 1099 to W2 My client is an international manufacturer that develops innovative skincare technologies and solutions that specifically target dermatology, medical spas and plastic surgery. They are seeking to hire a Business Development Manager responsible for promoting products / solutions growth within an assigned territory. In this role, you will build client relationships through lead generation and develop / implement sales strategies in support of achieving sales goals. Product: Korean based Skincare Role: Role starts out months 1-3 as a 1099 position and will covert to W2 after 3 months of selling success. Responsibilities: Meet/exceed sales quotas within assigned territory New business development; prospect, generate leads, cold call Develop and implement sales strategies; support business strategies and promote growth Establish and build client relationships with key decision makers Drive sales, efficiencies and promote growth within assigned territory Assess sales pipeline and create territory forecasts Keep well-informed of available products, competitors, market trends and articulate the value proposition Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Experience with Aesthetic Sales Ability to develop new accounts and develop client relationships Documented Sales Success of meeting/exceeding sales goals Experience hunting, prospecting and closing deals Strong Communication & Presentation skills Excellent Analytical, Negotiation & Organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM Ability to travel within territory Offering: 15% - 30% Commissions for months 1-3 Option for W2 Conversion with a Base of $100,000 - $120,000 Commissions Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC, (DSR) and DirectHR are National Recruitment organizations partnering with National, Regional and Local Clients to bring qualified candidates a career and a future.
