Job Title: Program Manager (P&C Domain experience is must) Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple projects within the program. Align projects with business goals, ensuring all deliverables contribute to overall objectives. Manage resources across projects, optimizing their use to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and maintain program schedules, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the program to ensure successful outcomes. Ensure effective communication between project teams, senior management, and stakeholders. Lead the budgeting process for the program, ensuring that all financial objectives are met. Monitor project performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure program success. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all requirements are addressed. Address conflicts, resolve issues, and drive solutions to keep projects on track. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with budget management, resource allocation, and financial reporting. Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Familiarity with program management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello). PMP , PgMP , or Scrum Master certification preferred.
