Position Overview: As a Sales Regional Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to enhance market presence and secure business from competitors in the assigned region. We are looking for an experienced and independent Sales Specialist skilled in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional value to customers, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities Ensure growth and retention within your customer base, while mentoring and guiding sales representatives in your assigned territory. Build strong, direct relationships with key customer stakeholders. Work closely with the Growth/Corporate Accounts team to execute targeted sales campaigns for new business opportunities. Represent the company at industry exhibitions, showcasing its products and services. Ensure business customers, partners and operating personnel receive the necessary training to understand equipment parameters. Conduct technical demonstrations for various customers. Manage pricing and contracts to ensure account profitability within your territory. Requirements: A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is a must. 2 years of sales experience in multidisciplinary equipment, with a background in the electricity sector or power utility domain, rotating machine, EV industry supporting medium and high voltage solutions, from the manufacturer, operators and after sales/service centre arena - must Track record in selling multidisciplinary products, including both software and hardware solutions - must Flexibility to work remotely, with a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. Experience in conducting product demonstrations, providing training, and mentoring customers and partners. A self-driven individual with a proactive, hunter mentality, eager to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
