Job Summary Seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our clients team in the Southeast. In this role, you will identify, qualify, and execute new business opportunities in the OEM and EV markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored, innovative solutions to meet our customers' needs. Ideal candidates are self-driven and independent, with technical expertise in electrical insulating materials or related fields and a background in fabrication processes. You'll play a key role in developing product strategies, conducting market research, and building relationships with key accounts. Meet with customers to understand application needs, pain points, and develop tailored solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product category strategies and profitable programs. Conduct market research to analyze trends, segment end users, and develop pricing and positioning strategies. Implement market segment strategies that enhance profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Lead customer-centered innovation through project selection, needs analysis, and ideation sessions. Create and execute customer-specific marketing and sales strategies for targeted accounts. Analyze competitors' business models and develop benchmarks for product performance. Develop short-term and long-term business forecasts and strategic outlooks. Foster and maintain relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders. Communicate the global value proposition effectively to customers and internal teams. Adapt to a dynamic business environment, taking initiative and making independent decisions as needed. Travel domestically and internationally (up to 50%) to fulfill job responsibilities.
