We are currently seeking a Sales Associate for a dynamic global provider of real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. Role Description: You’ll join the Sales team to advise residential real estate clients on strategic digital marketing solutions. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity. You’ll work remotely with occasional on-site requirements, collaborating with a fast-paced, high-growth team focused on delivering impactful results. Sales Associate Responsibilities: Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue through subscription-based marketing solutions. New Business Development : Conduct outbound outreach via cold calling and other methods to prospect new opportunities, build a sales pipeline, and close deals. Product Education : Deliver virtual demonstrations and educate customers on the value of our digital marketing products and services. Goal Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Team Collaboration : Work closely with your team to strategize and maximize revenue growth. Customer Support : Offer exceptional customer service, providing valuable insights and solutions tailored to clients' needs. Sales Associate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit institution. Minimum of two years’ experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or residential real estate. Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a corporate sales environment. Experience managing and growing customer relationships throughout the sales cycle, including pipeline and contact management. Minimum one year of experience in conducting live virtual sales demonstrations. Internal candidates must meet internal mobility guidelines. Preferred Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Energetic, team-oriented with a positive attitude and competitive spirit. Results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving sales goals. Analytical with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights to clients.
