Primary Responsibilities: The Inside Sales Representative is part of a larger sales and customer service team that provides frontline support to both new and existing customers by delivering an exceptional customer service experience. This position encompasses customer service and sales. The position also requires full product, sales, and order entry process knowledge, as well as industry knowledge, product awareness, and an ability to sell the brand. The role must also be able to handle all customer types (Construction, Special Event, Seasonal, Long Term) as well as interact professionally with all team personality types. The daily work environment is fast paced, with constant changing opportunities and independent commitment to excellence will produce the best performance. Position is: Hourly, Non-Exempt, Full-Time Reports to: Sales & Office Manager Inside Sales Rep Responsibilities: Total Customer Care: Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers, provide customer support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge and Pricing: Be able to offer all available products to the customer so they can make an informed decision about their rental and/or service selection – Toilets, Trailers, Sinks, Special Events, Construction, Seasonal, and Long Term. Operational Knowledge: Have a complete understanding of order fulfillment to ensure all critical items are covered and incorporated into each customer order and all company software tools. Complete understanding of the entire customer service process including notes, order entry, complaint handling, inventory availability, service issues, and accounts receivable topics. Technology Knowledge: Be able to work with all software the company uses to manage and maintain customers and remain proficient in CRM (Salesforce), as well as order entry in dispatching software (ServiceCore). Maintain customer relationships through extensive email and phone communication inside of CRM software (Salesforce). Ability to create and manage quotes in CRM (Salesforce). Consistently sell The Throne Depot brand and service guarantee (SOCO) in every customer interaction. Be ready and able to answer inbound telephone calls and redirect to appropriate department if necessary. Educate customers on operational standards that enable 100% customer satisfaction. Generate leads by finding potential new sales opportunities. 12. Performs other duties as assigned. Experience: 1-year previous inside sales experience required, including usage of computers and software like ServiceCore and Salesforce. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays – as requested and needed. Weekends and overtime required during the busy season (May-September). Drug-Free, must pass a drug test if/when requested.
