TZMO USA, Inc. is a part of the Capital Group of TZMO SA - manufacturer of hygienic and medical products, operating in over 80 markets worldwide. Due to our development in the USA we wish to fill the following expansion sales role: Account Executive Preferred location - Southern California You will be introducing TZMO’s brand of Seni® continence care products to the California market. Seni® is one of the world’s leading continence care brands, and you will be positioned to drive our continued growth in this rapidly expanding market. This is an expansion sales role and the selected candidate will cover the entire state of California with extensive day travel and some overnight travel required. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for: • Developing, implementing, and driving selling strategies and business plans that achieve/exceed quota and maximize TZMO’s market share in the territory. • Presenting and successfully selling TZMO’s value proposition to multiple stakeholders at all levels. • Developing trusted advisor level relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers.(ie., nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals, pharmacies, medical stores, etc.) • Educating prospects and customers about Seni premium incontinence products through product demos, in-services, calls, and in-person visits. • Participating in industry related conferences, trade shows, expositions, networking events, and company internal meetings and trainings. • Utilizing Salesforce.com to manage sales activities, opportunity pipeline, and forecasting. • Monitoring and sharing market conditions and feedback relative to competitive landscape, trends, and products. Essential Experience, Education, and Skills • Experience in at least two of the following distribution areas: nursing homes, independent living/assisted living facilities, skilled health, home care, hospice, or medical stores/independent pharmacies. • Experience reaching decision makers, moving the sales process forward, and thinking “outside the box”. • High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred) • High level business and financial acumen. • Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills as well as being able to convey content both orally and in writing. • “Can Do” winning attitude with a sense of urgency. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. • Availability to travel overnight • Excellent written/spoken English • Valid driver’s license from U.S. State Position offers growth opportunities for qualified and motivated candidates.
