About the Role: The Account Executive will serve in a role that engages business owners and facilitates the transaction through the lending process. This individual must be a critical thinker, focused, driven, and goal-oriented. Responsibilities: Conducting outbound call to potential clients Identifying and generating new business opportunities Managing the sales pipeline and meeting targets Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Qualifications: Inside sales experience along with a track record of success as a closer and achieving goals and quotas is a plus. Proven top performer with experience in consultative value-based selling. Must be self-motivated, willing to learn, be coachable, and want to make money Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required, working capital financing, equipment leasing or financial services experience a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment exceeding company performance metrics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Etc.) CRM (Salesforce) Pay range and compensation package: $20-$25 hourly Commissions - First year expected income between $90,000-$125,000(OTE) with a (3) month paid training and ramp-up period. There is no cap on commissions.
