Job Summary: Express Capital is seeking a skilled Direct Mail Manager with a background in financial services marketing to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development, execution, and optimization of our direct mail campaigns, collaborating with external vendors and cross-functional teams to drive quality and effectiveness in our credit card marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Development: Collaborate, develop and execute monthly direct mail campaigns for credit card products. Vendor Management: Build and manage relationships with external vendors, including printers, mail houses, data providers, and creative agencies, to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective execution of campaigns. Review & Compliance: Oversee the review and approval process for direct mail creative assets and landing pages, ensuring consistency with compliance standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Web Services, Compliance, and Marketing to develop and optimize direct mail landing pages. Campaign Performance Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis on campaign performance, including key metrics and actionable insights to inform and optimize future campaigns. Testing & Roadmap Management: Maintain the direct mail creative testing roadmap, ensuring accuracy and tracking for upcoming data and creative tests. Market Monitoring: Monitor industry trends and best practices in direct mail marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage. Required Skills & Experience: Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in direct mail marketing for financial services, preferably in a senior associate or similar role. Vendor Management: Proven experience in managing vendor relationships, focusing on quality control and fostering long-term partnerships. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities for campaign performance reporting and optimization. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Project Management: Hands-on experience in project management, with a focus on accuracy, timelines, and budget management.
