Job Description As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for serving as the subject matter expert during customer interactions, using consultative selling techniques to position and present our full suite of print and IT solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing sales team and build a portfolio of loyal, satisfied clients. You will manage a mix of net new business development as well as account management and upselling within your assigned territory. This includes prospecting, lead qualification, proposal generation, and ongoing client relationship management. Our dedicated production team will handle the backend closing of deals, allowing you to focus on the customer-facing aspects of the sales cycle. Duties and Responsibilities Conduct business development activities to generate new sales opportunities Qualify leads and develop them into selling opportunities and closed sales Provide subject matter expertise and position our solutions to customers Develop and present tailored proposals and quotes Maintain and grow existing accounts through quarterly business reviews and upselling Meet or exceed individual sales quotas and activity metrics Participate in sales blitzes and other team initiatives Other duties as assigned Required Experience/Skills 2 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment Excellent communication and consultative selling skills Strong prioritization and time management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Valid driver's license Nice-to-Haves Prior experience in the print, copy, or IT services industry Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software Ability to speak a second language Education High school diploma or equivalent Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 (negotiable) Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement Ongoing training and development opportunities Call-to-Action Join our dynamic sales team and help businesses unlock new levels of productivity and efficiency.
