Are you a real estate legal whiz who knows contracts and closings like the back of your hand? We're on the hunt for a sharp administrative legal assistant who can guide the real estate process from intake to title, right through to closing, with precision and flair. You'll be the backbone of our real estate group, managing client files (both physical and digital), assisting with contracts and amendments, prepping closing documents, tracking transaction progress, handling post-closing tasks, and yes, even stepping in to help with client billing. Who You Are You're already well-versed in the fast-paced world of real estate law, and you speak the language fluently. Your 2 years of experience have honed your ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and stay organized-all while keeping an eagle eye on the details. Whether it's following instructions or taking charge independently, you're always ready to step up and get things done. What You Bring 2 years of legal administrative experience (real estate expertise preferred).
