Our client, a Luxury Consumer Product Company based in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Lead Copywriter with luxury brand campaign writing experience to join their growing team of creatives. The Lead Copywriter will be a visionary leader responsible for overseeing the creative direction of this luxury brand. You are conceptual, will have high-end luxury brand experience and will lead a collaborative group of creatives while ensuring the brand’s voice, visual direction and storytelling are consistent across all channels. The Lead Copywriter will manage the creative process from concept through to execution while elevating the brand’s messaging ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. This is a full-time opportunity that operates out of Fort Lauderdale, hybrid onsite 2 days a week, remote 3 days a week. Occasional international travel. Responsibilities: Oversee the creative process, from concept to final execution, ensuring consistency in design, messaging, and branding across digital, print, and experiential channels. Lead the creative team in developing innovative and engaging concepts that align with the brand voice and messaging. Partner with cross-functional departments to deliver creative solutions that support business objectives and enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. Partner with key stakeholders and creative agencies to maintain high-quality deliverables that reflect the luxury standards of brand. Collaborate with external creative agencies and vendors, maintaining high-quality deliverables that reflect the luxury standards of brand. Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and meets the highest standards of elegance, innovation, and consistency across all touchpoints. Provide strategic input during the planning stages of campaigns to ensure creative alignment with marketing goals and overall brand strategy. Collaborate with both internal creatives and external agencies to support projects. Foster a culture of innovation, creative excellence, and collaboration within the creative team, encouraging exploration of new ideas and design approaches. Qualifications: Over 6 years of proven experience in copywriting, content development and leadership for luxury or high-end brands. Strong understanding of brand voice development and the ability to maintain consistency across various platforms and channels. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to lead and manage creatives and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Experience working with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align copy with broader strategic objectives. Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, luxury-focused environment. Portfolio showcasing campaign development, strong campaign work and short / long form copy applied across a range of deliverables.
