Certification Details Certifications Required: BLS and ARRT Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, EFM, Tech Cert Verification - National, CEU's, State License 1 Verification, NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP), NIH Stroke Certification Certification Requirements: Please reference UD for specialty requirements State License Requirements: CRTs & RRTs must be licensed by the State of Georgia Job Details Friday, Saturday and Sunday Minimum Experience: 1 year; 1st Timers not accepted Patient Population: Adolescents to Geriatrics General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Busy CT department with wide range of exams ordered from trauma, strokes with perfusion scans, to routine abdomen and pelvis; Contrast Skills required Ratio / Census: 3 Scanners in the hospital Unit Systems: Epic, Pyxis, Siemens Scrub Color: Any RTO: MAX 7 days Weekends: Every other weekend unless otherwise specified Floating: No Call Requirements: No Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major Holidays are listed below: New Year’s Eve and Day: Sunday, December 31 & Monday, January 1 Memorial Day: Monday, May 27 Independence Day: Thursday, July 4 Labor Day: Monday, September 2 Thanksgiving/Black Friday: Thursday, November 28 & Friday November 29 Christmas Eve and Day: Sunday, December 24 & Monday, December 25 Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule. Pre-Screen - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Piedmont guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision.
