Coverage: ASAP – 6 months Schedule: 2x10 Hour days per week – ideally Wednesday and Friday 8:30a-7:00p Daily Responsibilities: Will see a mix of baby and child visits and immunizations. Also will be conducting Physicals for healthy 9-12 year olds. All Ages up to Age 18 No Call Patients per shift: Estimated 25-28 Patients per day EMR: Epic Credentialing timeframe: 12 weeks from time application submitted Requirements: Active unrestricted CA License Active AHA BLS certifications Minimum 3 years of experience Board Certified Vaccination Requirement: Preferred – will consider waivers Full-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted. Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
