Use all concrete related Exhibit A's & Greenbar as a reference for concrete scope Know the form system selected for the project. Understands & is familiar with sequence drawings & concrete schedule. Assists Concrete Superintendent with formwork takeoffs, consumables, and PPE requirements. Understands job specific manpower roadmap. Attend & participate in pull schedule sessions. Knows ALL related specs and reviews all concrete submittals. Know who they report to on every project. Execution Safety & Environmental Understand Stormwater Management Be certified in all certifications asked of their crew members. Equipment & Material Management Complete material takeoffs and order material Manages all assigned power tools. Maintains company crew trucks. Documentation & Communication Correctly complete timecards for crew members Fills out POD & PRA, PTPs (every morning) Attends & participates in all weekly subcontractor meetings. Fills out Nialli Board or WWP (every week) Completes a daily log within Procore (end of each day) Crew size Description of work Deliveries/pick up of equipment or material. include quantities for production. Email to Concrete PM & Concrete Superintendent and PE each day with sign in sheets included. Coordinates with Project team to solve issues. Assist Project superintendent with 3-week schedule updates. Identify extra work and track accordingly. Communicate with onsite PM or Superintendent when new codes are needed. Identify rework and track accordingly. Communicate with onsite PM or Superintendent when new codes are needed. Create a rework observation report in Procore. Communicate with the Concrete Superintendent about manpower needs. Leadership of Crew Make sure men have right tools. Know their crew members. Evaluates crew members. Provides mentoring and training to crew members. Sets expectations of crew members Completes write ups. QA/QCs Tool and Equipment Maintain a weekly inventory of tools and equipment onsite. Job Qualifications: Proven experience working as a Concrete Foreman Answer Payroll questions for their crew/or team Ability to train others in a variety of skill sets. Hardworking, organizational skills, and positive attitude Can take and apply direction from supervisor. Displays good verbal and written communication skills when working with other employees. OSHA 10 hour is a plus. Ability to provide their own safety footwear. Workers must be able to access jobsites in any location in the STATE. Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus Pay: The pay for this position is $35.00 - $38.00 per hour, paid weekly. Salary to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, location where job is performed.
