Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Electrical Technician to work a shift and take charge of electrical and mechanical maintenance at our RTH and Dry Rice Packaging Plant. This role requires strong experience, technical expertise, and solid communication skills to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance to ensure systems are safe and efficient. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical components such as transformers, circuit breakers, and switches. Install electrical systems, wiring, and equipment according to specifications and codes. Diagnose electrical problems using testing devices and repair techniques. Interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints to address complex issues. Respond to emergency repairs promptly to minimize downtime. Recommend system upgrades to improve performance and efficiency. Qualifications Associate Degree in Electrical Technology or related field. Proven experience as an electrical mechanic or in a similar role. Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Certification or licensure in electrical work may be required, depending on jurisdiction. Knowledge of PLC programming is a plus.
