Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Manager

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 15 years (minimum) of commercial HVAC service experience, extensive knowledge of large HVAC equipment, and strong leadership skills. As a senior HVAC Service Technician, you will lead field operations, ensuring top-tier service, repair, and commissioning of HVAC systems. Must Have Skillsets: 15 years’ experience commercial and or residential If not both commercial and residential, Must have the willingness to learn/do the other HVAC certifications and EPA cards Clear MVR Nice to Have Skillsets: OSHA 30 preferred EPA Universal Certification strongly preferred Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team in the field, balancing hands-on work with team supervision.
