Human Resources Business Partner Contract to Hire or Direct-Hire Lake Oswego, OR Hybrid (2 days on-site – Wednesday required, 3 days remote) SaaS, Risk & Compliance What you should know: Mulberry is teaming up with our client, a global powerhouse SaaS company specialize in compliance and risk management, to find a strategy minded Human Resources Business Partner. You’ll report directly to the Director of US Talent Services and be tasked with creating strategic business partnerships with leaders, supporting employee initiatives, and managing employee relations. With a clear path for growth you don’t want to miss learning more about this opportunity A day in the life: Support the Customer Success organization, providing guidance and consultation to managers and employees. Build strong relationships with managers to coach and advise them. Manage complex, specialized, and sensitive employee relations cases with objectivity and integrity. Support HR programs, including talent reviews and calibrations, engagement survey planning, and compensation reviews. Gather insights on the employee experience, summarize findings, and propose actions that strengthen our culture. Help analyze HR reports to inform strategic decision-making and problem-solving. Help create and facilitate training content to support organizational capability and impact. Your areas of knowledge and expertise: 3 years strategic HR experience, preferably as an HRBP SHRM-CP certification highly desired In-depth knowledge of key employment laws and regulations Strong ability to analyze and leverage data to drive informed decision-making and strategic HR initiatives Experience leading and supporting full-cycle strategic HR initiatives Professional confidence with the ability to influence leadership, a strong problem solver, with curiosity and the ability to find gaps and diagnose problems Compensation and Benefits : $90-$100k/YR with multiple option, low cost medical, dental, and vision plans. 401K with employer match, HAS, FSA, paid leave, disability coverage, life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and free lunch offered each Wednesday Mulberry Talent Partners is dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with exciting opportunities.
