Estate Manager

Our client, an UHNW couple, is looking to hire an estate manager for their Miami Beach residence. This role is a newly created position for their ground up newly constructed large home. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role in south Florida / Miami and bring a network of contacts to the table for various regular household needs. Experience managing a staff is important as the couple anticipates 4-8 employees that will be in their oversight (housekeepers, drivers, chefs, pool vendors, maintenance crew, laundress teams). Job Overview: COMPANY: UHNW Couple POSITION: Estate Manager LOCATION: Miami Beach, FL HOURS: 8:30am – 5:30pm with flexibility based on the movement of the family (24/7 on call for the Alarm company etc. but WITHIN REASON) COMPENSATION: $150k – 250k (DOE) bonus eligible benefits BACHELOR'S DEGREE REQUIRED?: Preferred Must have a valid US driver’s license
