Job Summary We are seeking a versatile and motivated Marketing Marketing to join our clients team. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, managing content, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting brand initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for a well-rounded marketer who enjoys both strategy and execution and has experience across a variety of marketing disciplines. This role is hybrid in the Ocala, FL area Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Management Develop engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, emails, and website updates. Manage content calendars to ensure timely and consistent publishing across channels. Email Marketing Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, from copywriting to audience segmentation. Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, visuals, and messaging to improve open and click-through rates. SEO & Content Optimization Perform keyword research to optimize website content for search engines. Analyze content performance to identify areas for improvement and drive organic growth. Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM reports. Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness, website traffic, lead generation, and other key KPIs. Event & Campaign Support Support event planning and execution, both in-person and virtual, to promote brand visibility and engagement. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer support teams for alignment and campaign success. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Experience: 5 years of experience in marketing Comp 60-70K
