Job Title: Plumbing Project Manager Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Summary We seek an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to oversee and execute high-profile commercial plumbing projects across the Los Angeles area. This role requires a dynamic individual with in-depth knowledge of construction management, focusing on plumbing systems for tenant improvements, large-scale commercial builds, and special projects. Expertise in estimating, project planning, and sales, alongside technical proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Trimble AutoBid is essential. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of managing teams and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of commercial plumbing projects, from initial planning to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Develop and prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and project timelines while implementing strategies to optimize cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency. Build strong client relationships by ensuring project satisfaction and exploring additional work and partnership opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including estimators, superintendents, and field personnel, to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality control, and project schedules. Utilize project management software tools, including Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Trimble AutoBid, to monitor project progress, performance, and cost tracking, making adjustments to stay on target. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience within the commercial plumbing industry. 5 years of experience managing large-scale commercial plumbing projects, including tenant improvements and special projects. Demonstrated estimating, sales, and project management proficiency for commercial plumbing systems. Advanced knowledge of Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Trimble AutoBid for accurate project tracking and reporting. Strong understanding of Los Angeles building codes and local regulatory requirements. Local and stable work history demonstrating successful project delivery within the commercial mechanical construction sector.
