Job Title: Senior Plumbing Project Manager Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Summary We seek an experienced Senior Plumbing Project Manager to oversee complex commercial plumbing projects in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale plumbing projects, including tenant improvements and unique construction projects. You will lead all phases of the project lifecycle, from estimation through execution, ensuring all projects meet scope, budget, and timeline goals. Expertise in Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Trimble AutoBid is essential, along with a deep understanding of local building codes and construction standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage commercial plumbing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget. Develop accurate cost estimates and budgets, identifying areas for cost optimization and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain and build client relationships, ensuring project satisfaction and identifying opportunities for repeat business and new contracts. Collaborate with estimators, site supervisors, and superintendents to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are followed. Utilize Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Trimble AutoBid to track project performance, ensuring necessary adjustments are made to meet project goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; equivalent industry experience considered. Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale commercial plumbing projects, focusing on tenant improvements and specialty projects. Proven project planning, sales, and estimating expertise within the commercial plumbing industry. Advanced proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Trimble AutoBid for project tracking, reporting, and optimization. Strong knowledge of local building codes and compliance specific to the Los Angeles, CA area. Demonstrated local and stable work history, reflecting reliability and a commitment to quality project management.
