We're a growing architectural firm focused on healthcare , and we have an immediate opening for a full-time Project Architect/Project Manager to join our team. Qualifications: 6-10 years of design and technical experience in an architectural office . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program. A professional license is a plus. Must be skilled in Revit, AutoCAD , and MS Office. Experience with Twinmotion is a bonus. Good knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations. Familiar with building systems and able to lead the creation of construction documents . Able to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment and communicate well, both verbally and in writing. Supervise and guide project team members to ensure quality work. Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and able to meet goals and deadlines. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and currently live in the contiguous U.S. Responsibilities: Manage all stages of complex architectural projects, including programming , design , drawings, construction documents, specifications, administration, project management, and client communication until project completion. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and requirements. Coordinate with consultants and ensure compliance with codes. Show strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities on complex projects. Maintain communication with the project team and leaders, and mentor junior team members.
