Field Superintendent

Job Description A commercial contractor is looking for an experienced, hands-on Project Superintendent with at least one year of experience. Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will manage projects valued around $3 million. The Field Superintendent will oversee the field team, verify time cards, review shop drawings, and more Oversee daily operations on the construction site and manage the short-term schedule Supervise and motivate the work crew Coordinate and manage subcontractors We perform a variety of tasks in-house, including site preparation, footings, foundations, building erection, casework, and door hardware installation, among others.
