Role Description: We are seeking a highly organized, dynamic, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of Art of Tea. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adept at multitasking, and has a passion for wellness and mission-driven work. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting strategic business initiatives, managing bookkeeping tasks, and optimizing efficiency. This role requires excellent communication skills, creative problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Support: Assist the CEO in business scaling initiatives, including market research, competitive and identifying growth opportunities. Content Creation and Management for Brand Scaling: Oversee and edit social media content, including video, that aligns with the brand’s strategy. Platforms include LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. Business Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO, the executive team, and external stakeholders to facilitate business expansion and client relationships. Personal Errands and Efficiency Optimization: Handle personal tasks to enable the CEO to focus on core business objectives. Appointment Setting and Networking: Coordinate business appointments, networking opportunities, and scheduling needs. Bookkeeping: Manage basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense tracking, invoice processing, and ensuring timely bill payments. Reconcile accounts, prepare financial summaries, and provide regular updates to the CEO. Coordinate with the finance team or external accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Project Management: Provide support in managing projects related to new product launches, marketing campaigns, and growth initiatives. ChatGPT and AI Proficiency: Learn and effectively use AI tools to support various tasks. Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Tackle challenges such as underperforming campaigns by analyzing issues, generating actionable solutions, and presenting plans to the CEO. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Basic bookkeeping experience, including proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in social media platforms and digital content management. Based in or near Boca Raton, Florida, with reliable transportation. A passion for wellness and a mission-driven mindset is highly preferred.
