Working closely with the Head of Remodeling and project teams, you will ensure the successful execution of remodeling projects that meet our company’s standards for quality and excellence. This role requires strong craftsmanship abilities, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset to uphold our mission and core values in every project. Key Responsibilities: Carpentry & Construction: Execute high-quality carpentry work, including framing, cabinetry, trim, and other custom interior and exterior installations. Interpret and implement detailed project plans, blueprints, and specifications provided by the Head of Remodeling. Project Execution: Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining superior craftsmanship. Collaborate with the project team to troubleshoot and resolve any challenges on-site. Teamwork & Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced carpenters or laborers. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other team members to align on expectations and progress. Quality Assurance: Perform thorough inspections of completed work to ensure it meets or exceeds company standards. Proactively identify and address any potential issues to maintain client satisfaction. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 7 years continuous residential carpentry experience in remodeling and construction. Proficiency in using various tools, equipment, and materials associated with remodeling projects. Experience in setting and installing doors and windows Skills: Strong technical knowledge of carpentry, framing, trim work, and finishing techniques. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
