Great group of people, great opportunities for growth in one of the fastest-growing electrical markets in the USA About the Role I am looking for an experienced Switchgear Estimator (Quotations/Quotes) who brings experience quoting Eaton, ABB, or Square D distribution products. The company will help with the cost of relocation and we are open to folks making anywhere from $75-150k. The Switchgear Quotes position is responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing customer relationships Answering customer's questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms Recommending products to customers based on their needs and interests Contacting regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders Estimating or quoting prices with delivery dates Consulting with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and providing ongoing support Preparing estimates and bids that meet specific customer needs Forwarding orders to manufacturers Performing additional assignments at the direction of the supervisor Prepare Submittal Package based on Project requirements Develop relationships with Switchgear Vendors The Switchgear Quotes position does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities Qualifications Qualifications Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work independently Ability to communicate effectively High degree of professionalism Strong math skills Customer-service driven Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships Current experience quoting switchgear/power distribution products from ABB, Eaton or Square D required 3 years of sales experience in the Electrical Distribution Industry required High School diploma or equivalent required Education details Required Skills Current experience quoting switchgear/power distribution products from ABB, Eaton or Square D required Preferred Skills Quotation/Estimation of ABB products Pay range and compensation package Compensation based on experience.
