Robert Half Management Resources is seeking a highly competent Human Resources Director with one of our high-growth home energy solutions clients on an interim basis. This role will be on-site and will manage, direct, and lead all HR functions within the organization. Responsibilities: • Oversee facilities management and safety initiatives. • Help with implementation of recognition programs and fostering an inclusive workplace environment. • Capacity to balance strategic planning with tactical execution. • Comprehensive knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices required • Exceptional communication skills, organization skills, and attention to detail • Proficient with technologies like MS Office, MS Teams, HRIS, etc. • Maintains a positive attitude and demonstrates resilience. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields and a master's degree is preferred. • Possession of an HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred. • 7 years of broad HR experience, with a strong focus on HR operations.
