We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software. Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, mediate conflicts, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisals, develop improvement plans, and support career growth initiatives. Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws, update HR policies, and conduct regular audits. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, coordinate open enrollment, and recommend program changes. HR Strategy and Planning: Develop HR strategies, collaborate with senior management, and analyze HR metrics. Training and Development: Create and deliver training programs, support career paths, and promote continuous learning. Recruitment and Staffing: Develop recruitment strategies, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and attract top talent.
