As a Electrical BIM Modeler II , you'll actively contribute to modeling tasks to support project delivery while upholding quality standards. Working closely with the production team, your primary responsibilities will include creating project drawings and overseeing modeling tasks as needed. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Lead Modeler to develop Revit Families to meet project requirements. Efficiently model and document projects in accordance with standards. Input annotated drawings into Revit following specified standards. Lead modeling efforts on projects, coordinating with supporting modelers. Configure Revit views for use by the project team. Organize electronic documents and manage related tasks. Ensure accuracy in work output before sharing with others. Retrieve drawings and data from various sources. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to non-disclosure agreements. Conduct self-reviews to ensure accuracy. Qualifications for Success: Proficiency in modeling software, particularly Revit. Ability to interpret and translate instructions into design documents effectively. Familiarity with Autodesk Navisworks and Design Review. Understanding of 3D coordination and work-sharing processes. Strong typing and proofreading skills. Proficient in transmitting and receiving documents electronically or in hard copy. Fluent in importing various file types into Revit projects. Competent in both 2D and 3D environments. Additional skills in parametric families, schedules, and complex geometry design. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preference for Oracle skills. Strong multitasking and time management abilities. Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated and proactive team player. Professional demeanor in all interactions.
