Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Project Manager to join their team. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work remotely two days a week, with on-site work required in Irvine, CA, Mettawa, IL, or NJ for three days. As a Digital Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. Your exceptional ability to juggle tasks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and keep projects on track will be critical in this fast-paced role. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage multiple digital projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards are met Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to communicate project timelines, deliverables, and requirements Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout all phases of the project lifecycle Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, addressing any issues and ensuring smooth project execution Qualifications: Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager, with a track record of managing complex digital projects Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical teams Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once A background in web or technical fields is highly advantageous 3 years of experience contributing to enterprise website that include migration and online production (using AEM and/or other web content management system) Strong understanding of Web Development Competency with web UX conventions and standards, including accessibility and SEO General knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. MS Office Suites background (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
