The Digital Project Manager (Web) is a team member of the Digital Lab Web channels team within the US Commercial Digital Lab. This role requires an experienced digital project manager preferably with Pharma or similar industry experience to work in a fast-paced agency like environment delivering multiple small-to large-scale digital tactics including websites, email, banners, apps and more. The digital PM will manage a portfolio of web projects for the enterprise on AEM platform. The digital PM should be comfortable being client facing, working with multiple agency partners and internal teams such as strategy, creative, author, web specialists, tech and quality assurance teams. Major Responsibilities:

Have a complete view of all active web projects for the therapeutic area assigned and take an active role in moving projects forward by partnering with the web specialists' team. Collaborate within a cross functional team throughout the workday, performing proactive identification of potential challenges and supporting the web team to ensure on-time project delivery. Identify, troubleshoot, and document issues and recommend process-based solutions. Understand AEM Authoring environment and company publishing process in order to help assess best delivery strategy. Be able to support the web specialist team members with Veeva submission tasks for projects and track project status while projects are in Veeva. Lead status calls and facilitate in efficient manner that benefits the web channels team: bring awareness to potential risks and connect the dots between projects within the therapeutic area assigned that the specialists should know about. Help with estimation process for a category of project type by supporting the web specialist team with potential consultation from appropriate tech teams. Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred. strong knowledge of best practices in project management. solid understanding of technical development responsive websites, emails, banners and iPad application development. 3+ years of experience contributing to enterprise website that include migration and online production (using AEM and/or other web content management system). Strong understanding of Web Development. Competency with web UX conventions and standards, including accessibility and SEO. General knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. MS Office Suites background (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Experience with project tracking through Jira / Confluence, Smartsheet, Trello, Workfront. Proficiency in Google Drive Sheets, Docs and Slides. Exposure to Agile development process preferred. Experience in pharmaceuticals or another highly regulated industry preferred. Experience with Veeva is plus. Experience with Workfront is a plus. Competencies:
