We are seeking a Director of Technology Solutions to support to lead our Digital Services division. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital transformation, have a deep understanding of cutting-edge technologies, and thrive in developing business growth opportunities. Our digital services focuses on Human-Centered Design (HCD), UI/UX Design, Agile Methodology, DevSecOps, ServiceNow Implementation and Optimization, Oracle APEX Development, and SharePoint implementations. What You’ll Do: Strategic Leadership: Lead the Digital Services team to deliver high-quality services and solutions in line with our business objectives. Business Development: Develop white papers, case studies, and marketing content to demonstrate thought leadership and promote our capabilities. Conference Representation: Represent the company at conferences and industry events, showcasing our services and identifying networking and partnership opportunities. Partnership Building: Identify, develop, and maintain partnerships with leading consulting firms and industry experts to expand our service offerings. Proposal Development: Work closely with the Business Development and Proposal teams to develop and refine our approach for RFPs and RFIs, ensuring our proposals align with client needs and industry best practices. Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying opportunities for further engagement and growth. Team Development: Mentor and grow the Digital Services team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Project Oversight: Provide strategic oversight on key client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. What You’ll Need: Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Media, or Business). Master’s degree preferred. Experience: 10 years of experience in digital services, IT consulting, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Communication: Strong personal skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently with both technical and non-technical personnel, including project team members, management, and SMEs. Proven track record: Leading digital transformation initiatives and business development in a consulting environment. Exceptional Writing Skill : Demonstrated success in leading the development of winning federal proposals with a strong portfolio of proposal writing samples. Ability to absorb, capture, and translate varied IT technical information. Tech Savvy : Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft (MS) 365 suite, SharePoint, and other collaborative platforms. Strong business acumen: Demonstrated ability to grow and expand service lines and establish partnerships. Critical Thinking: Ability to creatively address changes and develop innovative solutions.
