Mechanical Project Manager

Your new company: A well-known, successful general contractor that has been in operation for 50 years are looking to hire a Project Manager to work on a long-standing contract that they have held for multiple years. Ideal Project Managers for this position will have 8 years of experience and have worked on mechanical construction or infrastructure upgrade packages. Successful applicants could come from either a subcontractor or general contractor background. What you'll need to succeed: Project Managers from a mechanical subcontractor background or with a general contractor where you have had exposure to the delivery of mechanical construction packages. 8 years of construction industry experience. Projects will be renovation and infrastructure upgrades, not ground up construction, so relatable project experience in this field would be preferred. Software proficiency in Procore is preferred however not required in lieu of general construction software knowledge. Ability to be on-site on projects in the DC, MD and VA area but primary role will be based in the office. What you'll get in return: Excellent base salary up to $130K. Monthly vehicle allowance of $500 3 weeks starting Paid Time Off. 401K with a company match, historically 4%. Company paid healthcare, dental and vision plans.
