Position: Finance Systems Service Delivery Manager Duration: 12 month contract to hire Address: Hybrid 3 days in Dublin Must Haves: 10 years of hands on experience within projects/application delivery Exp with requirments gathering, operations, and buisness analysis Proven experience managing third party technical consulting groups and vendors Experience running service reviews Experience working with a cloud based financial ERP system Strong preference for Oracle (Oracle fusion is a big plus) Strong understanding of SaaS Specifically supporting financial applications post implementation (backlog management, application enhancements) Capability to work with internal and external technical engineers, functional financial groups, stake holders, and leading operations meetings with a focus on service delivery Plusses: Experience working with Oracle ERP Financial suite Experience managing DevOps CICD with a focus on Continuous delivery Job Summary A major client in the Dublin, OH area is seeking a Finance Systems Service Delivery Manager for a 12-month contract, with probable conversion to a full-time position. This position is accountable for the delivery of a world class IT Service Management and Backlog Management services, enabling the clients Finance solutions to be implemented in their business, taking responsibility for managing our outsourced agreements and collaboration of IT service providers delivering end to end service. Key Responsibilities: AMS Service Ensure Service Quality: Drive the delivery of day to day operations of our AMS services and the attainment of agreed service level agreements Service Management: Day to day operational management, oversight, reporting and escalation of core service management capabilities, Incident, Problem, Request, Change and Release Management Communication: Keep customers and stakeholders informed of the performance of the service, including outages and changes. Governance: Management of budget, cost and right sizing the support model based on stability of the service Collaboration: Build relationships with key cross functional teams in the delivery of end to end service 3rd Party Management: Day to day management of 3rd party activities, in line with the outcomes of the contract Backlog Service Backlog and Major Change: Own the management, co-ordination, development and release of identified and prioritised change Business expectation: Ensure priorities are understood and critical path is delivered, communicating where critical path changes and the implications Governance : Ensuring the best use of available resources in the delivery of change, management of the budget and cost, driving the benefits of the planned change Collaboration : Build relationships with key cross functional teams to enable the delivery of changes Reporting and tracking : Develop and communicate reporting enabling visibility on third party performance Compensation: $70/hr to $100/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
